Pace Contracting completed Raptor Park three months early for the City of Las Vegas on December 27, 2012. This great project was completed ahead of schedule due to proactive coordination with the City of Las Vegas, Stanley Consultants, and Southwick Landscape Architecture. Potentially significant schedule delays due to utility conflicts were successfully overcome, and Pace is proud to have completed this signature phase of the park and recreation complex for the City. The project includes a 1/3 scale F-22 Raptor replica mounted on steel "con-trails" supported by a 14 FT structural concrete monument pedestal, landscaping, sidewalks, trails, splash pad upgrades, picnic areas and shade structures, street improvements, utilities, and Pace Contracting performed all concrete work on the project.
The Grand Opening ceremonies will be held on February 16, 2013.
